Before starting our B&B we operated a motel and apartment accommodation lodge in Timaru for 7 years and previous to this we owned a deer farm at Te Anau. In earlier years Myron owned one of the top holiday parks in the country at Te Anau. His early farming days were with sheep and cattle. Alycen has had many years working in the nursery and garden centre business.
We purchased the large family home in 2004 and converted it to bed & breakfast accommodation which was opened 2005.
The house was originally built in 1971 but has undergone many additions and alterations since then and is now double its original size.
